BLUEBERRY BREAD

This blueberry bread is perfect with a cup of coffee or enjoyed as a snack. Juicy blueberries and bananas make this bread moist and sweet. Change out the blueberries for a different type of berry or omit the berries altogether for a delicious banana bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp Butter 1 stick
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Flour all purpose
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon ground
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg ground
  • 2 Banana mashed
  • ½ cup Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
    2 cup Flour, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Baking soda, 1 tsp Baking powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • In a large bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla and mix to combine.
    8 tbsp Butter, 1 cup Sugar, 2 Egg, 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients ½ cup at a time until well incorporated.
  • Fold in the bananas and blueberries to the batter.
    ½ cup Blueberries, 2 Banana
  • Grease and flour the bottom and sides of a loaf pan, shaking off excess flour.
  • Pour the batter into loaf pan and bake in 350-degree F oven for 50-60 minutes
