BROCCOLI AND KALE SALAD
The use of apples or pears gives this hearty autumn salad a delightful sweet crunch along with candied nuts. Add chicken or salmon to increase the amount of protein.

Instructions
How to assemble salad
Stem and cut kale into small pieces. Add a small amount of olive oil onto your hands and massage kale for a minute. Add to salad bowl.
Cut broccoli into small pieces and add to bowl with kale. Add remaining ingredients.
How to make dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Add to salad and toss. Enjoy!
