BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING & DIP
My creamy buttermilk ranch dressing and dip has less fat than store bought dressings and is made with all natural ingredients. Use this as a salad dressing or a dip for vegetables.

sour cream

Buttermilk

mayonaise
light

lemon
juice of ½ lemon

tbsp
chives
chopped

tbsp
parsley
chopped

tbsp
dill
chopped
1
clove
garlic
minced
1
dash
cayenne pepper
1
dash
black pepper
1
dash
hot sauce
Instructions
Mix sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice and mayonaise in a bowl.
Finely chop parsley, dill and chives. Add to bowl
Add remaining ingredients and stir to incorporate.
Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Notes
This can be made using dry herbs as well. Replace 1 tbsp fresh herbs with 1 tsp dry.
