CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD

This banana bread is sweet and moist due to overripe bananas and chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast with a cup of coffee, dessert or for a mid-day snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp Butter room temperature
  • 3 Bananas overripe
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon ground
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg ground
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease and flour a loaf pan. Set aside
  • In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well
  • In a separate large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream butter and sugar until incorporated. Add eggs (1 at a time) and vanilla.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients stirring continuously. Add chocolate chips and mix.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
