Grouper Matecumbe

GROUPER MATECUMBE

This simple recipe has been adapted from a restaurant in the Florida Keys called The Fish House. Any white fish can be used in this, but I prefer fresh grouper. Mix all ingredients except the fish and allow to come together for a couple of hours before baking it on top of the fish. If you can't find key limes, then use regular limes or lemon.
