Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Season pork with salt and pepper.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a cast iron skillet and sear pork tenderloin 4 minutes per side.
Place skillet in oven and bake pork for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145-150 degree F.
Remove pork from skillet and set aside. Add additional olive oil to skillet (if needed).
To make sauce
In cast iron skillet, add green onion, thai chili pepper, and garlic. Saute 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring continuously.
Pour sauce over pork and serve.
Garnish with extra green onion or cilantro/parsley. Optional
