PINEAPPLE VINAIGRETTE

This sweet and tangy vinaigrette is perfect paired with summer salads with fruit or as a dip for coconut shrimps or coconut chicken. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor for easy preparation.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a small food processor and chop for 30 seconds. Can add water to thin dressing out more.
