REMOULADE

This lightened-up remoulade is terrific on burgers and sandwiches or use as a dip for fried shrimp and crab cakes.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sour cream light
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise light
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp horseradish prepared
  • ½ tsp agave or honey
  • ½ tsp white or red wine vinegar
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
