- ½ lb ground breakfast sausage
- ⅛ cup flour all purpose, whole wheat
- 1 cup milk 2%
In a frying pan, brown your sausage over medium heat
½ lb ground breakfast sausage
Once meat is browns, sprinkle flour over sausage and stir. Cook for 1 min
⅛ cup flour
Add milk and let come to a light boil, stiring constantly, until thickened
1 cup milk
Add black pepper and salt to taste
