Baked Graham crackers covered in a homemade stove-top caramel sauce and topped with chocolate and broiled marshmallows. Warning : This food is highly addictive and will instantly become a favorite among those who consume it.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray (if needed).
Break the graham cracker sheets in half along the perforations and place side by side on the parchment paper. Cover the entire baking sheet in 1 layer of graham crackers.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat melt the butter and then add the brown sugar. Bring to a slight boil and whisk to incorporate. Do not overcook.
Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the graham crackers and spread to cover the crackers with a spatula. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt over the caramel and place in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Using a spatula spread the chocolate as it melts over the surface of the caramel/graham crackers. Sprinkle the remaining sea salt over the chocolate.
Turn oven to broil and sprinkle the marshmallows over the top of the chocolate. Broil (with oven door open) until the marshmallows become brown but not burned. This will take 2-4 minutes depending on your broiler.
Let the baking sheet cool for a few minutes and then place in freezer for at least 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Break or crack apart into smaller pieces and enjoy.
